How long does shipping take for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes between 7–16 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
How do I care for the decorations and clothing I purchased?
To keep your Norqez items looking their best, we recommend following the specific care labels attached to our clothing. For home decorations, a light dusting or use of a damp cloth is usually sufficient. Specific care instructions can also be found on the individual product pages.
